• No User Account Required: You do not need to register, log in, or provide your name, phone number, or email address to use the app.
• Local Storage: Your chat history, saved doctor conversations, and scanned prescription records are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults and local file storage.
• Zero Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your health information or personal data to third parties or advertisers.

3. Medical Document Scanning & Vision AI

When you use the Smart Medical Scanner to upload prescriptions, lab reports, or medical documents:

• The attached image data is transmitted securely over encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.3) to Google Generative AI (Gemini Vision API) strictly to generate instant optical character recognition (OCR) and document analysis.
• Scanned images are not permanently retained or used to train public AI models.

4. Voice & Speech Recognition

If you choose to use voice consultation features, speech audio is processed using Apple iOS Speech Recognition or raw multimodal audio input over encrypted channels to transcribe and respond to your voice prompts. Audio files remain on your device and are never publicly broadcast.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We utilize trusted security and infrastructure partners:

• Google Generative AI (Gemini Flash API): Provides AI clinical consultation responses over secure HTTPS connections.
• Apple App Store & StoreKit: Handles in-app purchases, subscriptions, and App Store review prompts.

6. Data Deletion & User Control

You have full control over your data at all times. You can instantly erase all chat history, saved prescriptions, and app preferences by going to Settings & Privacy → Clear All Data inside the application.
